Abortion Vent

I feel like it is time that Americans stand up for what is right when it comes to abortion. When Roe Vs Wade was passed the medical world was not at the level it is now. Ultrasounds were not invented yet. They had no idea that the baby really was a baby when it was still in the womb. The woman were told they were aborting a blood clot of cells, but the baby looks like a baby even before most women know they are pregnant. It was also before contraception was widely available. It used to be socially acceptable and legal for a mother to take her new born baby and drop him in the woods if she did not want him, or sacrifice him to the "gods". It was okay in the past if the baby was deformed to just abandon it somewhere and let it die. This would be considered outrageous acts in today's society and could be punishable by death! Abortion does the same thing, it just does it legally and you can not see the results. I believe abortion will eventually be something we look back in American History with shock and revulsion. The same way we look back at slavery or the Holocaust.It is time that we think about the consequences of our governments actions. Value Human Life! no matter how small it is.
