Frustrating day

I went to cover a shift for the Secretary of the parks department today. I was told that I would just be answering phones, and taking messages. It was not long after I got started that there were many questions I could not answer. There is nothing worse than trying to do a job you are not familiar with, with no training. Ugh. I kept frustrating the person in the other room with my questions. She was working on something important. Even though it was not my fault I still felt awful.
